Whether your practice sees adults or children or both, you probably want to list the primary
guarantor for each patient. You need to run the Guarantor Selector report. Here's how to do it. If
you are using Practice Manager version UG010901 or higher perform the following path once you
have successfully entered Practice Manager: Master Menu -> Reports and Statements ->
U/Guarantor Selector -> Selected Guarantors -> <enter the insurance company code for this
PPO> -> <enter the provider code, if necessary> -> <select ouput media>. You can now select
either a report or mailing labels, and, if you want the output to go to your screen or printer. It is
always a good idea to send the output to the screen first to make sure the information you want is
correct! Once your sure, rerun the report and select the final output media. (Q5042)
