The most common time this error occurs is when someone is Closing the Daily Jourrnal. It is
mandatory that all other users Quit Practice Manager whenever a new Daily Journal is started.
For offices that have multiple screen capability, every user must check each screen to be sure
they are not in Practice Manager. Once all users have Quit Practice Manager, select Retry and
the error should go away. (Q5041)
