TimeClock is a sophisticated tool for accurately recording and reporting hours worked by employees. It records in military time the beginning and ending time and date of each work session for an unlimited number of employees. It incorporates user controlled authorization for access to all employee records and to maintenance tasks that allow records to be amended. Users can easily choose the extent to which records can be altered by the employee. TimeClock allows users to quickly determine which employees are "clocked in" at any given time. A report of hours worked can be reviewed by the individual employee or by an authorized manager. Reports can be signed by the employee and manager and once approved, can be used in the calculation of payroll.
