Maintenance Support Options

Level II includes all the features from Level I but incorporates additional support for all hardware listed
on Purchase Order No. _____________. This level of support will insure that your equipment operates
at peak performance. Due to the automatic one year warranty that comes with newly purchased
computer equipment, the price of Level II support is considerably less during the first year. Level II
support includes:
- Complete hardware support. Failed components are either repaired or replaced at no additional
cost.
- On-site support for failed components and travel to and from the manufacturer's service center
at no additional cost.
- Level II support is not available to out-of-state customers at this time.
- Commences 90 days after date of installation or as specified in the Maintenance Support
Contract.
- Minimum term is one year.
