Yes! Our employees are required to have real physician office work experience. We require them to know
the check-in and check-out desks, appointment and billing desks, and how to work the aged accounts. (Our
founder and President has also met these requirements.) We take great lengths to make our employees
comfortable when tallking with our customers. If the customer feels like our employees know what their
talking about, the quicker the question or issue can be resolved. (Q9049)
