Yes. We are fortunate to have a viewing purch of many practices, seeing them from both the
outside and the inside. Even though we strictly adhere to our confidentiality policy, we are
obviously able to make general assessments of the well run and well disciplined practices and
those that could use a second opinion. Great practices have a common goal. Patients are
number one! How do you know if your employess are achieving that goal? Listen to your
patients and make sure you have annual performance reviews! Tell your employees the
good things they are doing toward achieving that goal. But, also tell them where improvement
is needed. If your employees are told what to do, how to do it, and when is should be done,
it's amazing how often you will be satisifed!(Q9048)
